Massage Therapy for Box Elder in Northeast Alpine

Box Elder homes sit on large estate lots at the base of Box Elder Peak, many with national forest land right behind them. Owners here spend a lot of time on their feet, whether that means hiking the foothills, working the property, or hauling gear up the canyon. When those days start showing up in the feet, calves, and back, our established massage professionals in American Fork are a straight drive down the Alpine Highway.

Why Box Elder Households Book Regular Massage

Body Balance Massage and Float opened in 2019, and its owners, Paul Ouderkirk and Tasha, still work as therapists in the clinic. Box Elder clients tend to book for practical reasons. Acreage means hands-on maintenance, the national forest invites long hikes, and both leave the body tired in specific, predictable places.

What We Handle for Clients in Box Elder

Foot and lower leg fatigue is common for people who hike steep terrain. Our Alpine reflexology treatment applies focused pressure to the feet, and many clients come away with feet and calves that feel looser after a long stretch on trails. For back and shoulder strain from property work, deep tissue massage and trigger point techniques go after the specific muscles involved.

How We Work With Hikers and Acreage Owners

Your therapist asks what you have been doing, how long the soreness has lasted, and where it moves, then builds the session around those answers. A hiker coming off a long descent needs different work from someone who spent the day lifting fence posts. Every therapist on our team is licensed through the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.

What to Expect When You Book

Massage sessions run 50, 80, or 110 minutes, and longer sessions give the therapist time for both feet and back. Standard rates are $120, $180, and $240, and members on the $10/month plan, with no contract, pay $72, $108, or $144. New clients get 35% off their opening massage.

About Box Elder

Box Elder is an estate neighborhood in northeast Alpine, set at the foot of Box Elder Peak. Lots here commonly run past an acre, and some sit at the end of quiet cul-de-sacs with the national forest as a backyard. The neighborhood is minutes from the mouth of American Fork Canyon, which puts trails, climbing, and the Alpine Loop close to home and explains why so much of our work for Box Elder clients is recovery from time outdoors.

Finding Our Clinic From Box Elder

Our clinic sits at 366 S 500 E St, Suite B, in American Fork. From Box Elder, come down through Alpine to the Alpine Highway, follow it south through Highland into American Fork, and head to 500 East south of Main Street. We are open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 10 PM, and walk-ins are welcome.

Hot Stone Massage for Cold-Weather Stiffness

When winter settles over the northeast bench, some Box Elder clients prefer heat as part of their session. Our hot stone massage uses heated stones to warm tight muscles before the therapist works deeper. It suits clients whose stiffness gets worse in the cold months.

After a long day on the trails or the property, book a session online or stop in during clinic hours, and we will focus the work where you need it.
