Lambert Park Estates Massage Therapy From Our American Fork Clinic

Lambert Park Estates sits on the Alpine bench right beside Lambert Park, and the drive to our clinic runs south through Highland on the Alpine Highway into American Fork. That puts our wellness massage professionals in American Fork within easy reach after a morning on the park's trails. Clients from this neighborhood usually come in with legs, hips, and backs that have been climbing, descending, and braking on dirt.

Who Comes to Us From Lambert Park Estates

Body Balance Massage and Float has treated Utah County clients since 2019, and plenty of our regulars live within a few minutes of a trailhead. From Lambert Park Estates, that often means mountain bikers working the park's singletrack, trail runners, and families who hike the hillside through spring and summer. Every therapist on our team is licensed by Utah DOPL.

Gua Sha and Recovery Work for Trail Riders

Mountain biking keeps the quads, hip flexors, and forearms under load for hours, and descending adds braking tension through the hands and shoulders. Our Alpine gua sha work uses high-quality stainless steel tools to release muscle that has stopped moving freely. It pairs well with deep pressure through the IT band and the outer hip, where riders tend to lock up.

What Our Therapists Bring to Each Session

Beyond gua sha and IASTM, our team trains in deep tissue, sports, cupping, warm bamboo, cranial sacral, and reflexology. That range lets one therapist change tools mid-session rather than handing you off. Owners Paul Ouderkirk and Tasha both still treat clients, which keeps the clinic focused on outcomes rather than a packaged menu.

Getting Started

Tell us what you ride or run and where it hurts, and the therapist builds the session from there. Sessions run 50, 80, or 110 minutes. New clients get 35% off their opening massage, and the $10/month membership, with no contract, brings a 50-minute session to $72.

About Lambert Park Estates

Lambert Park Estates is a custom-home neighborhood on the Alpine bench with views of the mountains and Utah Lake, and some lots back directly onto a community park. Lambert Park itself is known for mountain biking, hiking, and the wild poppies that bloom across the hillside in late spring. That trail access is the reason so much of the recovery work we do for this neighborhood centers on legs, hips, and grip.

Finding Our Clinic From Alpine

Our clinic is at 366 S 500 E St, Suite B, in American Fork. From Lambert Park Estates, head south through Highland on the Alpine Highway into American Fork, then make your way to 500 East south of Main Street. We are open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 10 PM, and walk-ins are welcome.

Athletic Massage for Race and Event Weeks

Riders and runners heading into a race or a big trail weekend sometimes want work timed around the event itself. Our Alpine athletic massage sessions focus on preparing the legs before an event and helping them recover after. Your therapist will ask about the date so the pressure fits where you are in your training.

Back from the trails and feeling it in your hips? Book a session online or walk in during clinic hours, and your therapist will build the work around your ride.
